This partner is a charitable organization which conducts development projects and humanitarian ventures. All of its members agree to honor the following principles:

This need is for a project in Khazan Tunjur area, a cluster of villages in North Darfur outside the city of El Fasher. There this organization provides general consultation through a primary health clinic, a women’s health facility, a nutritional/feeding program, and a health education program. Services are provided through biweekly visits made by our mobile clinic from El Fasher to the Khazan Tanzur area.
Need:
1) Team Administrator: located in the capital city of Khartoum, with responsibilities including visitor care, guest house administration, support for long term team members, NGO administrative work (including purchasing and shipping of goods to remote offices, bookkeeping, coordinating staff travel, filing government paperwork including visa applications and other NGO registration paperwork).
2) Project Administrator: located in Khazan Tunur, with responsibilities including: supervising national Office Coordinator and Logistics Assistant and assisting them to do their jobs well, the administration and the day-to day management of the office with assistance of the Office Coordinator, supervising staff particulars including preparation of new contracts, income tax, medical and social insurance, overseeing logistics on site as well as goods which need to be purchased from the capital, and managing the overall accounting system and supervising the book keeping.
3) Medical Coordinator: located in Khazan Tunjur, with responsibilities including:
- Main Responsibilities
To develop, plan, lead, implement, monitor and evaluate the medical programme, in conjunction with the international and national team, local authorities and other relevant actors.
To supervise the medical staff (Doctors, Medical Assistants, nurses, midwives, drug dispensers and registrars) of the Primary Health Care Centre.
- Specific Tasks
To follow the nutritional and medical protocols for OPD in line with Sphere standards, and ensure the team is fully conversant with and trained in the same.
To work in collaboration with the nurses to ensure medical care of quality.
To work as a member of the team, taking in consideration the non-medical problems encountered by the patients (feeding and caring problems, etc.).
Take turns in taking leadership for the field trips as car leader or as field leader (incl. conducting the security protocol).
- Data record and reporting
Monitor the proper usage and consumption of drugs.
Record the morbidity and mortality data. Send weekly reports to the World Health Organization (WHO).
Present reports as needed to donors and partner organizations (UNICEF, United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Ministry of Health, etc.).
- Represent this organization at meetings with donors and partner organizations.
Write up and negotiate the Project Cooperation Agreement (PCA) with UNICEF in collaboration with the Country Director.
- Training
Training of medical assistants and nurses on the rational use of drugs in collaboration with the Medical Doctors
Training of the medical assistants on basic treatment prescriptions (theoretical and on the job training) in collaboration with the Medical Doctors.
Training of the nurses and medical assistants about treatment and medical care for malnourished children.
- Organizational tasks
Ensure that medical stocks are properly managed, timely preparation and delivery of all medical orders, for pharmacies in Khartoum as well as from overseas, if needed.
Oversee packing of medical kits before every field trip.

Scope:
Morning Star Enterprises (MSENT) is currently working on several construction and engineering related projects with our clients. Primarily they are: road, building, and bridge construction and design.
This Engineer will supervise and manage construction and engineering teams, write proposals, develop and implement strategy for construction projects. Reports directly to general manager of Morning Star Enterprises. Responsibilities include: submitting bid proposals and acquiring contracts, managing construction projects, supervising construction and engineering staff, training national staff in Kabul and Jalalabad offices, developing and implementing project plans, being a liaison with customers and potential clinets, maintaining quality control and timeliness in projects.
