Project Scope
My name is William (Bill) Woods and my wife Tammy and I are the founders of Lost and Found International. We started the work in Arriaga, Chiapas Mexico with a Saturday only Bible school which began in September of 2000. Since beginning the work we have been constantly approached by the government to receive more children into our care, and sadly we have reached our limit in the currently facility that we are in. We desire deeply to be able to receive and help more of the needy children in Chiapas but at this point we can not. The need is tremendous. With the influx of illegal aliens passing through Chiapas on their way to the US many children are left behind (orphaned by their parents) as they make their way north. Another area where we see many orphaned children is through prostitution and drug addiction. We currently purchased 106 acres of ranch land where we have began working to prepare the land to build a self-sustaining ranch and farm which provides the food for the orphanage. The orphanage will be a village community of family style homes, a school, clinic, etc located in a natural, healthy, Christ centered environment of the ranch/farm.
eMi AL's challenge is to provide a architectural/agricultural master plan for the ranch/farm/village, design the necessary infrastructure, review and comment on existing home designs, and design a school.
