EMI Mexico is looking for someone to join the vision and collaborate to establish healthy working environments for staff relationships, and support the finance team in an administrative assistant role.
In addition to the typical EMI Staff prerequisites, candidates for this position must have:
- Relevant leadership and staff management skills.
- Relevant experience in coordinating staff care programs and events. knowledge in design profession is preferred.
- Ability to plan and coordinate professional development programs.
- Willingness to relocate to Ensenada, Mexico.
- Moderate-High knowledge of Spanish and English language.
- Working knowledge of computers, experience in the use of Microsoft office and administrative, accounting and reporting software.
The following are essential responsibilities for this position:
- Assess the current member care filosophy and status within the Mexico office.
- Identify the appropriate way to apply the concepts of the general EMI member care playbook in the Latin American context.
- Prepare and implement a member care program for the Mexico Office.
- Colaborate with other HR Manager within the organization.
- Collaborate mobilizing offices in expat onboarding and offboarding procesess.
- Identify diversity goals for the EMI Mexico office and strategize for ways to acheive them.
- Assist the EMI Mexico finance team in various communication and reporting tasks with EMI Global & EMI US finance dept.
- Spiritual and professional discipleship through EMI’s programs and opportunities.
