About: 

The EMI office in Uganda is seeking to recruit an HR manager to join our diverse, multi-disciplinary team in Kajjansi as we seek to partner with God to bring restoration to the world through design and construction. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong desire to walk in step with Jesus, to collaborate and to learn. 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR expereice (5+years preferred)
  • Cross cultual work expereince
Responsibilities: 
  • Drive EMI Uganda's HR strategies
  • Oversee EMI Uganda HR funtions
  • Manage, colaborate with EMI offices globally on HR matters
  • Ensure compliace with Uganda Employment Act
