Professional Training & Experience

A dedicated Civil Engineer with over six years of progressive experience in structural design, site supervision, road construction, sewer reticulation, and topographical surveying across Namibia. Noble has served in roles ranging from Engineer-in-Training to Site Agent and Site Engineer, successfully delivering gravel road projects, culvert installations, sewer networks, and municipal infrastructure works. He possesses strong expertise in reinforced concrete design in accordance with SANS standards, structural detailing and cost estimation.

 Noble is proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad, Prokon, Civil 3D, and project coordination, with a strong focus on structural engineering excellence and practical field execution.

Ministry Experience

From 2012 to 2020, I served as part of the staff team with The Navigators Namibia, where I was actively involved in mentoring and discipling young men in their Christian faith. During this time, I was privileged to serve under the mentorship of Dr. Edward Fynn, who provided spiritual guidance and leadership development.
In 2017, I was selected to participate in the Global Student Program (GSP), an intensive leadership and discipleship training initiative within The Navigators which took place at Glen Eyrie Colorado Springs, USA. In 2018, I was entrusted with the responsibility of serving as a team leader, where I helped coordinate student outreach, discipleship groups, and leadership development activities.
The core mission of The Navigators is “to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same,” a vision that shaped my approach to mentorship, servant leadership, and personal spiritual growth.
