Important message about the COVID-19 Coronavirus

In an effort to care for all of our personnel, families, and mission around the world, EMI has been taking a number of steps in response to the progress of COVID-19.

Location-specific Crisis Management Teams are now in place to monitor COVID developments, inform, and care for EMI personnel. All official EMI travel (including project travel) has been cancelled or postponed and no new travel plans are being prepared until further notice. EMI’s worldwide offices are in varying states of closure with personnel working remotely or from home as they are able.

We continue to actively monitor the situation and will respond to new information affecting our worldwide ministry and teams. We view the COVID-19 Coronavirus an opportunity to live out the gospel and our faith in Jesus through the ministry of EMI.

Help EMI's overseas teams weather the COVID-19 storm!

About EMI India

Sixteen years into EMI’s ministry from the USA, God gave a vision to ‘go there and be EMI’. ‘There’ was the Republic of India—a nation repeatedly visited by EMI teams. Engineering Ministries International India started as an experiment in a quiet hill station called Mussoorie in 1998. Over the years EMI’s ministry in India became the new normal, leading the way for EMI’s international growth. Repositioning to support future growth, EMI India relocated to New Delhi in 2012.

Historically failing to attract significant numbers of Indian staff and interns, the shift to Delhi has reversed the trend.  Indians now make up 50% or more of our staff and interns. EMI India has continued providing master planning and concept design services to our clients, but now is able to offer much more.  Including feasibility studies, detailed design, project and construction management. Please let us know if EMI India can be of assistance to your ministry or business.
