6 years in commercial construction at R&H Construction in Portland, OR building restaurants, grocery stores, offices creations, banks, retail stores, apartments, and multipurpose facilities as a Project Engineer and Project Manager.
2 years carpenter apprentice in Siloam Springs, AR building custom homes, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors
2 years at Rebuilding Together (Portland Chapter) as a house Captain leading R&H in full rebuilding of houses as part of a nonprofit ministry for those in need
Ministry Experience
Born and raised in Cameroon West Africa as a missionary kid with his native tribe
Internships with Samaritan’s Purse in Haiti after earthquake rebuilding a church, Nigeria revitalizing a 60 year old hospital, Joplin Missouri after tornado damage.
Internship in Rukwa Tanzania with Grace Ministries International developing plans and a program for an agricultural resource center in rural country for local farmers and entrepreneurs
Partnering with local nonprofit chapters in Portland Oregon focused in community development, construction, and raising awareness of refugee resettlement in the United States
Joining eMi Senegal Staff as a Construction Manager to launch a CM programme in West Africa.
Family
Married in March of 2021 to a beautiful bride Megan and parents to Halimatu at the end of 2022.
Parents:
Both Moses' and Megan's parents work in West Africa doing discipleship and scripture engagement.
Moses and Megan both have siblings working in ministry in various parts of the globe and love spending time with family whenever it is possible
Enjoy living in a small beach town in Senegal, surfing with the community, playing with our 2 dogs, and taking care of our lovely rental house.
