After graduating from the University of Cambridge, Adam served for a year as an intern with EMI UK, based in Colchester. In 2011, he moved to Newark-on-Trent to begin work with RPS Group plc. He has seven years’ experience as an engineer, working mainly in the distribution, manufacturing and energy sectors. He felt called to join EMI Uganda as a Staff Structural Engineer in 2018.
Ministry Experience
Adam’s life is marked by a desire to serve God, however he can and wherever God calls him to be. Both Adam and his wife, Laura, have grown up in families involved in overseas mission work. Through the example of those families, they have been knowing and following God from a young age. Adam has experience of leading teams in different outreach contexts and was a part of the leadership team at Newark Evangelical Church.
Family
Adam met the incredible Laura at secondary school in Northern Ireland. They were married in 2009 and have two beautiful daughters, Beth and Sophie. They have been living in Kampala, Uganda, since 2018.
