Becky currently works part-time with EMI’s Engagement Team (remote from Nashville). Her primary role is to help enhance brand awareness, support financial growth for the organization through fundraising, foster donor/volunteer relationships, and encourage people to give, go, & pray with EMI.

Ministry Experience

  • Midtown Fellowship, Women’s Retreat Leader (2023)
  • Soul City Church, Small Group Leader and Coach (2017-2020)
  • Engineering Ministries International (EMI), Volunteer (2016-2021)

Becky went on her first EMI project trip to Honduras in 2016. That first experience with EMI sparked a passion in her, and she became more involved over several years. She went on her second project trip to Guatemala in 2018. When she returned, she helped start-up the Chicago EMI Network Chapter, which she led for nearly three years. Then, in 2020 she took a 3-month sabbatical from her job to volunteer out of the EMI Cambodia office. Due to the pandemic, she returned to Chicago after just 2.5 weeks and continued to volunteer remotely.

Becky’s volunteer experiences with EMI had a huge impact on her career, life, and walk with Jesus - which is why joining staff was such an easy decision.
