Erika specializes in large scale master planning and design review for our EMI ministry clients.
As part of their work with EMI, Erika and her husband Henry lived in Jordan in 2008 and in Kenya in 2014-2015. Erika has participated in 7 EMI project trips in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central America, South America, and the South Pacific. Erika also oversees the refugee ministry at her church, and has personally mentored 5 refugee families who have relocated to Colorado Springs from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Erika is married to Henry, the Director of EMI's U.S. office, and they have three teenage children. When not working, Erika has her hands full shuttling them to all of their sports and activities. As a family they enjoy camping, canoeing, and spending time in the summer on a remote lake in northern Maine. They also have a miniature golden retriever named Cody, who just so happens to be the best dog in the world. :)
