Professional Training & Experience

BA, Music, Biola University - La Mirada, CA, 2000

With 13 years in the human resources field, half of that time was spent in the private sector, and half working in Department of Defense contracting firms. Across a wide spectrum of industries and human resource disciplines, Josh learned of the opportunity to blend his HR experience with his background in ministry and love of missions with EMI. He has been with EMI since 2014.

Ministry Experience

Josh's first taste of international missions came through several short-term mission trips in junior high, high school, and college. He also was blessed to experience vocational ministry while teaching at a Christian high school in Southern California. These days, aside from the ministry of EMI, Josh loves being involved at his local church, and has served on the tech team, prayer team, and as an elder.

Family

Josh's wife Wendy, is Senior Manager/Controller for Tereo Group accounting services. Married in 2001, Josh & Wendy have lived in Colorado Springs since 2007. They have two awesome kids, Connor (born 2004) and Elise (born 2006).
