Professional Training & Experience

Shiloh Mutabazi is a Human resource professional with over 5 years of experience. She finds fulfilment in supporting personnel to thrive in their work by using her knowledge, skills and experience to identify potential, empower and develop individuals to realize their God given potential.

She pursued her education at Makerere University, Kampala and Uganda Management Institute for her post graduate training in Human resources. She most recently trained in ministry with Lancaster Capital Seminary and was Awarded a Master of Arts in Contextualized Pastoral Ministry and graduated in May 2025.

Shiloh believes deeply that our work is heavily influenced by our faith and ultimately God is the author of whatever work He places before us and as such should be done for His glory.

Ministry Experience

Shiloh serves with her local church in the worship teams, women's ministry and youth ministry. She will pretty much serve where a need arises and has been blessed with a large community of brethren at Makerere Full Gospel Church. Shiloh also serves with a group of women to plan and host prayer days and Bible study for women as she believes that a spiritually healthy woman and faithful follower of Christ will always build on a rock that cannot be shaken, and she too cannot be shaken!

Family

Shiloh is born in a family of three and is the first of them which makes her double as the deputy parent! She is followed by two wonderful girls and is surrounded by a small tightly knit extended family of rather rowdy and fun-loving cousins, nephews, nices, aunties and uncles.
