Professional Training & Experience
Pam came to EMI with a background in administration in a variety of sectors including nonprofit, oil & gas, and education. She started her journey in postsecondary education at a Bible college, completing an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies; then pursued vocational studies in office administration, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration from Ambrose University in Calgary. Continually interested in learning, she later earned a certificate in nonprofit management, which served her well in administration and management of a Calgary-based nonprofit.
Pam has a particular passion for exploring how our so-called 'secular' vocations can intersect with Kingdom builidng, and she sees EMI as an example of this in action. She looks forward to helping advance EMI's vision and mission in the Canadian context and around the world.
Family
Pam is married to Dave and they enjoy leading an active life in Calgary. They're involved in small groups and worship ministry at their church, and enjoy taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the Calgary area has to offer.
