Professional Training & Experience

Sarahy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integral Design, graduating in December 2025.She has been collaborating with EMI Mexico since 2022, supporting social media efforts across Latin America.

Her first connection with EMI began through a project trip to Oaxaca, where she observed the development of a church master plan and gained a deeper understanding of the organization’s mission. In February 2026, she completed her internship with EMI Mexico, contributing to digital communication strategies, content creation, and audience engagement to support EMI’s outreach.

Ministry Experience

Sarahy grew up in a Christian household, where her grandfather was a pastor, shaping a strong foundation in her faith from an early age. She began serving on the worship team at fourteen, which deepened her relationship with Christ and developed her heart for ministry.

After the loss of her brother in 2022, her faith became even more central in her life. She began attending a new church, where she joined the worship team and continued serving through music. A year later, she became a teacher in the children’s ministry, where she now invests in the spiritual growth of the next generation. Sarahy is passionate about serving the local church, discipling others, and using her gifts to share God’s love in meaningful ways.

Family

Sarahy was born in Seattle, Washington, to Mexican parents who had moved to the United States in search of new opportunities. She and her family returned to Mexico when she was two years old, and she was raised primarily in Ensenada, Baja California, while maintaining strong ties to both cultures.

She is the youngest of her siblings. Her parents currently live in the United States, while she resides in Ensenada alongside her older brother. Sarahy’s family has experienced both deep loss and strong unity, shaping her values and strengthening her faith in Christ.
