For mitigating structural vulnerabilities

In this webinar, EMI Volunteer Structural Engineer, Craig Cole, S.E. reviews the practice of assessing buildings for structural vulnerabilities and proposing strengthening retrofits prior to a disaster event. An EMI assessment trip to Haiti serves as a case study.
