Do I need to RSVP to attend in person?

All registered conference participants will receive an email with the option to reserve a seat for the in person event. Available seats will be limited in order to comply with social distancing regulations at the time of the event. After the total number of seats are reserved, you will have the option of adding your name to the waitlist. There is no limit to the number of participants who can livestream select sessions during the event, and we encourage those who cannot join in person to participate online.

What can I expect for COVID-19 Social Distancing Restrictions?

All seats will be spaced at least 1.5 meters apart, and all participants are expected to wear masks while inside the building. Only speakers and presenters will remove masks during their presentations while maintaining social distance. If you have been feeling sick or have been exposed to any confirmed cases with 14 days, we ask that you please participate online from your home. We are unfortunately unable to refund conference registration fees if you are unable to attend in person after registering for a seat.

The livestream event will be available worldwide.

How do I connect to the livestream event?

Will I be able to send questions during the event?

Yes, several plenary sessions will have a Question and Answer component, and we encourage online participants to use the chat feature on Zoom to send questions to the moderator. All participants are automatically on mute, but the moderator may choose to unmute one participant at a time if he or she requests to ask a question audibly.

Can I gather together with others near me to attend the livestream event?

Yes, as a networking event we encourage you to gather together and maintain social distancing recommendations for your location. You can invite coworkers and friends to attend with you at home or at work.
