Pancake Day

In the Nicaragua office, we have enjoyed sharing and learning about each other's cultural traditions. Rob and Helen Quail hosted a Pancake Day lunch, which happens on Shrove Tuesday, the day before the start of Lent. As well as lots of pancake eating, there was also a pancake tossing competition.
