EMI partnered with Mission to the World (MTW) and Khmer Christian Center to provide the design and planning for a new multi-purpose ministry building near Phnom Penh International Airport in Cambodia. EMI delivered the completed design plans for a four-level facility that integrates a large gathering hall, classrooms, offices, guest rooms, and dormitory spaces within one building. The project was developed in response to the need for a dedicated space where Cambodian students could live and grow in faith.

This structure combined dormitory accommodations with church and ministry spaces; the design creates a flexible environment that supports both community and ministry activities. EMI assisted with construction oversight and management, including value engineering, active construction management, construction management services, and closeout support. The result is a thoughtfully designed four-level facility that brings worship, education, administration, hospitality, and student housing together under one roof.
