Amazima Ministries identified the need for high-quality secondary school education in Uganda for their sponsored children. In 2014, EMI Uganda developed a phased maser plan for The Amazima Secondary School where Phase 1 commenced in 2015.  Phase 6B consisted of the Wellness Center and a two-story Meeting Building.

EMI Uganda undertook the responsibilities of site planning, architecture, engineering, and construction management for this phase. The Wellness Center consisted of two bays with facilities including treatment rooms, sick bays and offices. The 2-story Meeting Building sits on a higher level behind the Wellness Center, provides meeting space for different staff teams with a spectacular view out. These buildings enable the Amazima School to care for the well being of their students and staff besides academic achievement.
