In March 2023, Cyclone Freddy caused significant damage to Life Child Mozambique’s campuses in Quelimane, Mozambique. An EMI team conducted an assessment of Life Child’s Gogone school campus, primary school campus, moringa farm, and Life Church, offering recommendations for repairs and retrofitting of structures and WASH facilities. Additionally, disaster preparedness measures were provided for both Life Child and the surrounding communities.
