Nearly thirty years ago, a medical missionary from the Netherlands inspired a young Cambodian girl to study hard so she could one day serve her people. Carrying that dream forward, she completed her medical education and, alongside her husband, partnered with EMI Cambodia to bring the Diny Sunshine Medical Clinic to life.

Situated on a 1,500-square-meter site, the new outpatient clinic is designed to meet the immediate, everyday healthcare needs of the local community. EMI Cambodia supported the project from the very beginning, providing site assessments, master planning, detailed architectural and engineering design, and construction management support. The completed facility establishes a highly functional foundation, paving the way for the future expansion of vital healthcare services.
