Rancho Santa Marta provides school education to children in the region, as well as housing, camps, and a variety of formative and recreational activities that positively impact the San Vicente community in Baja.

Inspired by the constructive and aesthetic language of Rancho Santa Marta, the architectural design celebrates local materials and trusted building systems. By working with what the team knows best, the project achieves an efficient construction process, lower costs, and a resilient design that supports long-term sustainability with minimal maintenance.

EMI Mexico contributed to the project through the development of construction drawings, helping bring Rancho Sata Marta's vision to life while meeting municipal regulations.
