Here are EMI’s key requirements* for not-for-profit services:
- Advancing the gospel of Christ. Your development project should support an ongoing advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ in word or deed.
- Property ownership. Your ministry owns the property where the development project will be built.
- Pay a portion of the project design cost. Your ministry must agree to pay a portion of the development project design cost to EMI.
