It is a privilege for EMI to partner with Food for His Children for the Farm and Innovation Center in Karatu, Tanzania. This new income-producing facility will provide funding for the community development work of the ministry.
Food for His Children equips the rural poor in Tanzania to be able to provide for their families and achieve their dreams by helping them pull themselves out of extreme poverty by providing training, one-to-one support and the provision of a dairy goat. The farm will include agriculture demonstration plot, goat breeding farm, creamery, internet café, tea house and gift shop, FFHC offices, volunteer housing, innovation center for training and examples of conservation practices.
Our team will perform a master plan of the campus facilities and civil and electrical infrastructure on their 3 acre site. The team will also perform architectural conceptual design of the office building with creamery, internet café and training rooms and the goat sheds which will be constructed in the first phase.
