It is a privilege for EMI to be able to partner with Familia Avance with the development of a Master Plan for a sustainable agriculture and youth camp. Rancho Nicaragua will provide place where kids can come to camp and learn about the love of God and where local farmers can come and learn about sustainable agriculture.

Project Scope

Complete Description

Rancho Nicaragua is located in northern Nicaragua near the Honduras border.  Rancho Nicaragua will be a place for youth camps, pastoral training and team building events.  Additionally, the camp will be growing the food required for the camp on site and providing training for the local community on sustainable agriculture approaches.

The property is a 45-acre site in the northern hills of Nicaragua.  The vision for Rancho Nicaragua is to have a rustic camp setting where youth from around Nicaragua can come and experience nature and be introduced to a new perspective of the love of God.

This project will be led by EMI’s Nicaragua Office.  It is possible that we will be working with local designers, so experience speaking Spanish and English would be helpful.

The last couple years have been very difficult for the country of Nicaragua.  This project, will provide an opportunity for you to walk alongside a ministry that is making a difference in the lives of Nicaraguan people every day, people who need hope.   Will you join EMI Nicaragua in designing a world of hope?
