UBS (Union Biblical Seminary) is a reputed Seminary in Pune, Maharshtra. Students from all around India are trained here to be effective ministers and mission leaders who will facilitate the Indian Church in fulfilling its calling. EMI have the privilege to partner with UBS to provide an updated Master Plan, along with a Strategy for Future Developments.

Project Scope

UBS is located at Bibvewadi, a southeastern part of the city and about 8 kilometres from the Pune Railway Station. The campus is on a beautiful hill, overlooking the city.

The ministry has requested EMI to update their master plan; along with an assessment of existing buildings and infrastructure. The strategic recommendations for future developments shall include optimization of the existing facilities and allocation of land for new buildings. The plans will include conceptual designs for the required Residential Buildings. Additionally, our team will complete a topographic survey of the site.

The students and staff enjoy a well planned campus with wonderful landscaped areas. However there are some areas of un-developed land that require a fresh landscape design and rain water management plan. All of these factors call for an integrated approach to address site-specific issues.

Would you prayerfully consider joining our team?
