Remote Support
Mission to the World Cambodia (MTW) is a church-planting ministry who are committed to the establishment, growth, and maturity of the church. MTW Cambodia recently purchased new land near the International Airport in Phnom Penh that is approximately 385 square meters. EMI Cambodia recently completed the concept design for the building and has been asked to complete detailed design. The proposed building is Ground + 4 floors and will be used for a church, dormitory, ministry office, and a couple of guest rooms. It is an honour to partner with MTW to design a multi-purpose building that will be used to expand God's Kingdom through evangelism and discipleship.
Project Scope
EMI Cambodia recently completed the concept design for this multi-purpose building. The building will include a church sanctury, kitchen, classrooms, ministry offices, guest rooms, dormitory, recording studio, and living quarters for the pastor's family and the dormitory caretaker.
The building is G+4 stories and about 1000 square meters.
EMI will be working on the detailed design and is looking for volunteers to help with the electrical and structural design and to complete a full MEP design review. This work would be a supporting role to our in-house team and would be done remotely throughout the month of August, with the review occuring in September.
Our in-house team has capacity to complete much of the electrical and plumbing layouts but would appreciate support with the electrical panel design and full MEP review. We would also appreciate the help of a Structural Engineer and/or Drafter to assist with the structural design and drafting. They would also work remotely with our in-house Structural Engineer as the lead SE.
