Project Scope
EMI is excited to announce our partnership with a ministry in Kathmandu, Nepal that serves exploited children rescued from abusive situations. The ministry serves young girl survivors from Nepal and other neighboring countries by providing safe housing, education counseling, job training, family services, health care and legal representation. By seeking justice, loving mercy and walking humbly before God and man they offer restoration through Christ’s love to some of the least among us.
Will you join EMI to provide site master planning and conceptual design for a home for these girls and for administrative and counseling offices for the ministry.
PROJECT SCOPE
- Conduct visioning and programming meetings
- Prepare a concept site master plan
- Prepare a concept building design to provide housing, office and counseling spaces
- Architecture Concept Design
- Civil Concept Design including drainage, stormwater management, water sourcing, treatment and storage
- Electrical Concept Design including power sourcing and redundancy
- Prepare a final report
