About

EMI Uganda is currently seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team. Engineers are both design professionals and disciples of Christ, called to serve God through their design professions. They use their technical expertise to mentor others, strengthen the Church, and shape appropriate, sustainable design solutions for Christian ministries. We critically need a Structural Engineer to be part of our design team, ideating, innovating, engaging and enabling our team to meet the diverse needs of the various ministries we serve.

Working with ministry partners across East Africa, EMI Engineers have a unique opportunity to integrate faith, leadership, and design. They ask questions, listen well, and seek solutions that are contextually appropriate and technically sound. They are committed to developing people as well as projects — investing in EMI interns and local professionals, modelling integrity, humility, and excellence in their work.
