This is a great chance to meet the staff of EMI Uganda and hear about their work.

The seminar will focus on a school project where EMI Uganda have provided design services, manufacture of componants in the workshop and self-performing construction on site.

It will also touch on the work in relation to the Covid pandemic.

The onset of Covid-19 has had a big impact on EMI around the world and has affected the work and lives of the Uganda staff. With a reduction in workload giving some spare design capacity, EMI Uganda embarked on provision of design services to hospitals in Uganda and helped with the manufacture of a prototype ventilator.

Now lockdown restrictions have relaxed and the office, workshop and building sites are all in operation with Covid measures in place.

This online meeting will give supporters, volunteers, and interested design professionals a chance to hear direct from the Uganda staff and help us understand how we can pray and support them.

This meeting will take place via Zoom at 12:30-1:30 PM GMT.
