About

The Middle East and North Africa region contains the largest percentage of unreached people in the world, as well as a high degree of conflict-driven development need. The opportunity for design services to support relief, development, and ongoing ministry growth in this region is vast, and significant creativity and problem-solving are needed. Based in a stable and safe city with strategic access to the region, EMI MENA staff work for the EMI-affiliated company, International Design and Development (IDD). As a business, IDD works within the vision, mission, and core values of EMI. IDD also has a specific focus to grow a generation of culture influencers through intentional staff development. EMI MENA is seeking an Architect to join our team to meet the growing need for detailed building design in our projects.

Our team has led the way at EMI in the development of high-quality architectural renderings and photorealistic videos to support client fundraising. We need an architect who will both supplement the creative design talent of our team as well as bring a mind for thoughtful detailing to our work. While taking the lead in detailed design is the priority, you will also be a Project Leader for conceptual design work as needs arise. Project Leaders are the face of EMI to our ministry clients and the volunteers who participate in our work. They share their talents and experience with others, and lead others into doing design work as Christ's disciples.
