Our Benefits administration platform is called “Benefits In Hand” (BIH). This is where we manage enrollment during Open Enrollment each year. BIH is also where you can get information related to your current coverage and make any necessary changes to your personal data and benefits information. 

You must log in at least once to confirm which benefits you do/do not want. Please see attached PDF for first-time user instructions. (The website will be under the name “Employee Navigator”.)
