Aspire Training Solutions is a business and career coaching organization focused on community transformation and sustainable development. Their unique coaching methods rely heavily on the simulation of real-life settings and the application of practical knowledge so that concepts learned are easily and firmly grasped over a short period of time. Aspire aims for empowering, enlightening and inspiring individuals, teams, organizations and communities to live, lead and prosper. 

The EMI design team met with Aspire staff members to assess how best to accommodate their office needs within their existing office space. Plans were developed to help Aspire optimize their space by offering working spaces, training halls, storage for tools, meeting and admin rooms, and resources to account for budget, schedule, and current and future programmatic needs.
