Tesoros de Dios HS Upgrades

EMI Nicaragua designed a potable water and wastewater treatment system and then worked as Owner’s Representative for the Phase 1 construction to provide hydro sanitary upgrades to the site.

EMI worked to oversee the tendering process, the selection of GC and contracts. Regular site visits and progress reports were completed during the process.

The work was completed on schedule and allows for the next phase of the project to begin when funds are available.

Tesoros de Dios is a ministry which serves children with significant additional physical and learning needs, as well as their families. The successful completion of this project will allow for the building and function of the future Vocational Centre to be possible.
