Haiti ARISE South Campus School
Haiti ARISE Ministries Society is a registered charity in Canada and a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity in the United States. Based in Grand Goâve, Haiti, it has a mission to “raise up Godly leaders in Haiti through education to strengthen their families, neighbors and country,” and to “bring relief to poverty, stimulate the economy and to preach the good news so that lives will be saved and hope for a strong future will be given to Haiti.”
In 2011 Haiti ARISE engaged the services of EMI to develop a master plan for their new South Campus to complement the facilities established on their existing North Campus property. By 2014 Haiti ARISE was into the construction of the Children’s Village in the Phase 1 design but needed to increase the size of the proposed K-12 School and begin detailed design of a Church, Multi-Purpose Building and much needed storage facilities. In May of 2014, an EMI team updated the South Campus Master Plan and designed Phase 2 construction for the South Campus. The work included a revised Site Master Plan, detailed design for the Church, revisions for the K-12 School and Children’s Village, and a newly proposed Storage facility. This report will also briefly address future construction phases of Haiti ARISE, including addressing the Goat Farm property, the Dormitory property, and the Beachfront property.
