Ministry Experience

Aldo began serving with EMI in 2025 and quickly discovered his passion for building digital tools that help ministries connect with donors and volunteers more effectively. Alongside his work in web development and team leadership, he enjoys mentoring EMI interns and guiding them in practical skills while fostering a heart for service.

Together with his family, Aldo has embraced opportunities to grow in understanding how technology can amplify God’s work. Through each project, he has gained valuable insight into collaboration, cross-cultural communication, and how to create solutions that truly make a difference for ministries and the communities they serve.

Family

Aldo and his wife, Irma, are blessed to care for two energetic boys, Isangel Alef (13) and Ian Andre (10). Together, they enjoy exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and cherishing family moments that spark laughter and learning. As a family, they are committed to growing together in faith, discovering God’s love in everyday life, and supporting one another through new adventures.

Through these shared experiences, Aldo and Irma aim to model a life of love, encouragement, and curiosity, showing their children and those around them the joy of living with purpose and faith. Their home is a place of energy, connection, and a continual journey of learning together.
