Professional Training & Experience

  • BS, Architectural Engineering & Construction Management, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee, WI - 2003
  • PE, Mechanical Engineering, State of Wisconsin since 2007
  • Consulting Engineer in Wisconsin, 2003-2017

Brad has always had a passion for the gospel, culture, and serving others. Since graduation, he has expanded that passion to include using his engineering and construction skills in service to others.  During his time as a consulting engineer, he worked primarily on mechanical design projects for Hospitals, Clinics and University campuses.  During this time he learned valuable mechanical design and project management skills which he now applies to his leadership role in the EMI South Africa office.

Ministry Experience

Brad has been involved with the church since childhood. His involvement with youth ministries and InterVarsity college ministry during formative years of his life led to his passion for serving the world. His adult experience in small groups as well as serving on the missions team and as elder for his local church refined that passion into a calling. Directly influencing the leap he and his wife made from the corporate design world into designing a world of hope for the nations.  Through the years God has remained faithful in equipping and preparing Brad for each of the next steps He has planned for him.

Family

Brad & Kendra were college sweethearts, getting married shortly after graduation in 2003. They both love to travel, being outdoors, spending time with family, and playing games; but most importantly serving others with their engineering skills. God has blessed their marriage in countless ways over the years and they look forward to every new adventure He has for them!
