Professional Training & Experience

- Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Makerere University, 2019.

Stephen has a passion for precision and excellence in construction. Prior to graduating, he served as a Clerk of Measurements on various construction projects, where he developed a strong foundation in Project Management and construction Work Measurement. After graduation, Stephen transitioned seamlessly into a full-time role as a Quantity Surveyor, specializing in measurement works and bringing his comprehensive knowledge of contract administration, tendering, quality and safety supervision, value for money analyses, cost estimation, and risk analysis to the forefront. With each project he undertook, Stephen demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering results of the highest quality.

Currently, Stephen has found his calling at EMI, where he first assumed the role of Clerk of Works. In his current role as Construction Management Assistant Project Manager, he thrives in the world of construction administration, site supervision, and ensuring that construction projects meet and exceed the highest industry standards. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction, Stephen contributes to the successful execution of projects and the maintenance of rigorous quality control. 

 

Ministry Experience

In his first year at university, Stephen started serving as a cell group leader in his church's Youth Ministry. He did discipleship training at his church and continued to serve as Section Leader for the next three years. He has a hunger for biblical knowledge and is actively growing with his friends through the church ministry. He is currently leading a men's bible-based book club. 

Family

Stephen is the first born in an amazing family of five. He has two brothers and two siters. He lives in Kampala where he is sorrounded by family and close friends. His circles of friends extend around the world.
