It is our privilege to partner with the We Care Center in Chapin, SC as they look to expand into a new facility. Established in 1986, the center serves families and individuals in the Chapin community facing emergencies in their basic living needs. They serve as an outreach ministry for churches in the Chapin, Little Mountain, Prosperity, Pomaria, Peak, and White Rock communities, and their desire is to provide food and financial support with dignity and compassion to anyone in need.
Project Scope
Given their desire to expand the We Care facility to serve more families and individuals in the Chapin area, which will requrie a new location, We Care has asked EMI to assist them with architectural programming and development for the purpose of better understanding the type and size of land to purchase for their new facility.
The scope for our project team will be to assess the existing facilities, develop a space program for a new facility, and create preliminary, generic site and building visual representations to demonstrate what the development could become for use in fundraising activities.
