EMI is honored to partner with Cynthia Mickens Ministries, Inc. in Hutchins, TX on the initial design for a master plan campus community. The Path at Hutchins project is a vision in the making, one that will be reaching the hearts, minds and souls of families and individuals struggling to find their place in the Greater Hutchins community. The development of the new campus will provide safe housing, education, health, work skills, and entrepreneurship. This Christ centered campus will allow Cynthia Mickens Ministries to better fulfill its mission to provide for the physical and spiritual needs of the community of Hutchins.

Project Scope

Given their desire to create an environment that draws their community into a closer relationship with Christ, Cynthia Mickens Ministries, Inc. has asked EMI to assist them with the development of a 10-15 year master plan of their existing two-acre site.

EMI will develop a proposed master plan showing all planned development for the site (buildings, parking, walkways, etc.) based on programming while accounting for the existing historical building, and possible vertical expansion of the multi-purpose building on site.

The master plan will illustrate civil site drainage concepts to support the development of the campus.

We will also develop architectural conceptual building design (floor plans, elevations and basic renderings) for the first phase of their development – anticipated to be multi-family residential buildings, to be confirmed in the space programming process.

Would you consider joining us as we seek to see more lives transformed in Hutchins, Texas and beyond?
