EMI Nicaragua is excited to partner with Belize Camping Experience to develop a masterplan for a new 50-acre camp facility near Belize City.

Project Scope

Belize Camping Experience is an established kid's camp ministry in Belize City with a major opportunity; BCE is being allocated 50 acres of undeveloped forest land on the outskirts of the city to enable this ministry to put down strong roots for the future. BCE leadership is excited to relocate their discipleship ministry from the current urban context in rented facilities to a property ideal for camp adventure.

EMI Nicaragua will be developing a masterplan for the new property as well as concept designs for key facilities needed to allow BCE to function at the new property. Engineering assessments and recommendations for water and wastewater, stormwater management, structural engineering and electrical utility services will be included in this project in support of the masterplan. Included in our scope is a sustainability appraisal to consider energy, water, waste, materials and biodiversity on site, suitable for communicating long-term cost and energy efficiency of the proposed developments.
