EMI Senegal is honored to partner with JDM-MAF in Kaffrine as they seek to add an upper floor to their existing dormitory building.
Project Scope
Movement of Jesus' Disciples (JDM) is an interdenominational evangelical movement founded in 1977 in South Korea, based on Matthew 28:18-20. JDM operates across five continents, with its headquarters in South Korea.
Working in partnership with Mission d’Afrique Francophone, their project in Senegal is to build an upper floor on an existing building in Kaffrine to provide dormitories for teenagers far from school. This project is a continuation of the partnership between EMI and JDM-MAF in 2024, which consisted of a structural assessment of the existing building. The scope for EMI's project team will be to design the architectural and structural plans for the construction of the first floor, along with engineering recommendations for electrical, water and sanitation systems.
