The scope of this project is to assess the water, wastewater and electrical campus infrastructure, perform a hospital-wide space programming effort and develop a campus master plan to guide their development in the years to come.

Project Scope

EMI is thrilled to come alongside AIC Githumu Mission Hospital to develop a master plan to support their future growth.

The hospital has a vision to be the leading Christ-centered health provider in the region, and beyond, by providing compassionate holistic, accessible, affordable, and sustainable quality health care to their patients and their families as a witness to the healing ministry of Christ.  They recently developed a strategic plan to guide them from 2025-2030 and our team will work closely with them to create a campus master plan to support their future goals.

The project includes space programming to understand the specific needs of current and future departments and development of a phased campus master plan. We will also document and assess existing civil and electrical infrastructure and provide recommendations for how these systems may be modified, expanded or improved to support the master plan and the hospital's long-term sustainability goals.

Please join us in serving our friends at AIC Githumu Mission Hospital on this exciting project!
