David graduated with a Masters in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford in 2006. He is professionally qualified as a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager. His diverse experience working with multi-disciplinary consulting firms; includes work in the water industry, railways, highways, rivers and coastal defence as well as private developments. David has promoted flood management and urban regeneration in the UK through green infrastructure schemes. He is passionate about innovation and the implementation of appropriate technology to meet today’s development challenges. David is married to Rebecca and has a 7 month old son.
