Jeff Niemann, Ph.D.
Jeffrey D. Niemann, Ph.D. is the Faoro Professor of Water Resources in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University (CSU). At CSU, he coordinates the Water and International Development (WAID) program and teaches a graduate course on water engineering for international development. He has also served as a CE volunteer on several EMI projects.
