About

Cambodia is in the midst of rapid development and urbanization with a young and growing church. Young people from across the country relocate to Phnom Penh, the capital city to pursue higher education and better job opportunities making it ideal for the ministry of EMI. EMI Cambodia staff work for the EMI-affiliated company, Petram Cambodia. As a business, Petram works within the vision, mission, and core values of EMI. Petram also has a specific focus to cultivate all staff to be influential leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

Like many parts of the world, construction quality in Cambodia can sometimes be uncertain. Many of our clients are unfamiliar with capital projects and need assistance navigating the challenges they bring. Having an EMI construction manager helps bridge the gap between ministry leaders and the construction process, providing them peace of mind. EMI Cambodia construction managers work to ensure designs get built properly, often working directly with contractors as an owner’s representative. This means that construction managers will have a unique position to be Christ on our construction sites while also mentoring our young staff
