It is EMI's privilege to partner with the Anglican Diocese of Goma in the DRC for design of a new theological college, design of a new radio station multi-functional building, and assessment of a multipurpose facility currently under construction. The new theological college will hopefully be the first of many in the region. The space of the current radio station, which has a reach of around 1,000,000 people, is no longer sufficient.

Project Scope

EMI is excited to work with the Anglican Diocese of Goma on three projects: a theological college masterplan and conceptual design, a radio station building detailed design, and a multi-purpose building assessment. Each project is located on separate campuses around the City of Goma. The scope of work is outlined below:

  • A theological college
    • Master Plan of a 2.5-acre site
      • Including access and pedestrian/vehicular circulation
    • Infrastructure
      • Water supply and storage
