EMI is excited to partner with Ssenge Baptist Church in their desire to develop a piece of property in the greater Kampala area to serve their ministry needs. This vibrant church is excited for a permanent structure to host gathering spaces for church meetings, ministry activities, and witness to the local community. The EMI MENA office is looking forward to partnering alongside them in moving this vision closer to reality.
Project Scope
To serve Ssenge Baptist Church’s vision, EMI will be performing a concept design for an undeveloped piece of property owned by the church.
This project will begin with discussions with the church to confirm the architectural programming of the proposed building(s) and to determine all spaces needed on the site. Based on the programming efforts, the team will then perform a conceptual building design to help provide concept-level floor plans, layout of building spaces, and building elevations and cross-sections of proposed building(s). A site development plan will be created to locate these building(s) on the site as well as coordinate other site elements.
The EMI team will also conduct a site infrastructure assessment to provide recommendations and proposed concept-level layouts for water, wastewater, drainage, and electrical infrastructure on the site.
