EMI MENA is delighted for the opportunity to collaborate with New Cairo Evangelical Church II on developing a church master plan for their New Cairo property. New Cairo is located east of Egypt's capital, Cairo. The NCEC II supports the evangelical community in this section of Cairo by offering a variety of services, engaging people of all ages in worshiping God, and focusing on young families.
NCEC II is planning to build a new church on their newly acquired property and make the best use out of their resources to build the Christian community in this neighborhood.
Project Scope
NCEC II is happy to have an EMI team composed of architects and planners, civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineers to ensure that the master plan is well-coordinated and meets their needs.
Based on EMI's interactions with NCEC II, the following items are included in the scope of this project:
1- Needs Assesment: with church leadership input, develop programming for the church campus/building to determine all spaces that are required for the site and approximate sizes according to the needs.
2- Land Development: reviewing the building requirements, regulations, and geotechnical studies as
well as developing studies regarding the site such as accessibility, parking restrictions, climatic,
and topography studies.
3- Schematic Design / Master Plan: proposing the design to the church leadership with phasing, block diagrams, conceptual building design that includes floorplans, elevations, sections and renderings.
4- Site Infrastructure Planning and Engineering Concept design: MEP, civil and structural concent design
Would you consider collaborating with EMI to bring NCEC II's goal to reality so that they can best serve their community in New Cairo?
