New Life Church in Cyprus desires to better use their site to serve their body of believers and unreached community. They have partnered with EMI to assess their existing site and make design recommendations for the future of their ministry.
Project Scope
New Life Church Cyprus was established in 2014. They're currently serving their community from a 1/2-acre site in the city, which was purchased 2 years ago. Their property has two apartment buildings and a meeting hall where services are currently held. They desire to repurpose and reconfigure the apartments into spaces that better meet their ministry requirements, and re-design the existing hall construct a new, larger multi-purpose worship center for Sunday services and larger gatherings throughout the week.
The site is located in a residential area. During the week, local moms and kids participate in community-building activities and fellowship, with an eye towards building strategic relationships. Reconfiguring existing spaces and having a larger meeting hall will allow more flexibility and intentionality and open up new ministry opportunities to serve the community.
The project team will observe and assess the current facility and site, meet with church leadership, staff, and ministry teams, and develop a conceptual master plan and building designs, providing general electrical, civil, and structural recommendations.
